My Child~
With the start of 2013, I know that you are looking forward to new and better things for your life. Do you know that I am also a fan of new and better things?
When you allow Christ to be your Savior then your old life has passed away. The wrong that you did is tossed aside. All things are made new again! (1 Corinthians 5:17)
Once you become a Christian and you “mess up”, don’t worry. Just turn to Me and confess what you did. I will make you clean once again. (1 John 1:9) Your sin will be removed from you as far as the east is from the west. (Psalm 103:12)
Once I forgive your sins, My Child, I no longer remember them. (Isaiah 43:25) So, may I suggest that you also forget the transgressions in your past? If you keep bringing yesterday into today, it will be harder for you to move forward into the bright, new future I have for you. (Isaiah 43:18-19)
There is a brand new year in front of you. Come, let’s go together. I am happy to be your guide. (Psalm 48:14)
